Clubhouse Rental

For the low price of $50, any Prescott Glen resident may rent the clubhouse for 4 hours. Of course, they must be present at the event. Residents may rent the clubhouse for longer but will be required to pay an additional $10 per hour. A $200 security deposit, a check for rental payment and a completed rental agreement is required 48 hours after you call and reserve the date for your event in order to secure your date. If you decide to cancel your event, you must give 7 days notice or else forfeit your rental fee. At the conclusion of your event, you will get back your security deposit, provided everything is in order and no damages occurred during the course of your event.

Simply print out the form and send it to the appropriate person with your rental check made payable to: Prescott Glen HOA.

Clubhouse Reservation Contract

Please note: when renting the clubhouse, you will use your fob for access through the bathroom door in the breezeway. Upon securing a rental date, your address is given to our security people along with the date and time of your rental, which they will then put in their system that will give you access to the clubhouse.
